Poco M3 MIUI 12.5 New Update for India Region!

Poco M3 was a best selling device and it had launched with Android 10 MIUI 12 out of the box. Now in all Regions, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Android 11 Updates are running. Most of the users are waiting for MIUI 13 Android 12 Updates but they are not receiving the MIUI 13 updates due to some error and bugs. MIUI 13 testing is still going on for this device. Today a new update started rolling out for Poco M3 in India region with latest security patch. In this article I am going to show you full details of new update.

Poco M3 is eligible for MIUI 13 Android 12 Update, but still it is not receiving the update due to some issues which are faced in Redmi 9T / 9 Power. Poco M3 is a rebranded device of Redmi 9T / 9 Power as you know. Now let's see which update is received by Poco M3. 

| NEW UPDATES WITH LATEST PATCH

MIUI 12.5.8.0.RJFRUXM rolling out with October Security Patch, MIUI 12.5.9.0.RJFIDXM rolling out with October Security Patch & MIUI 12.5.6.0.RJFINXM rolling out with November 2022 Security Patch. In 3 regions, Poco M3 received new updates with October / November 2022 Security Patch which is good news for users. 

| UPDATE SIZE AND CHANGELOG

System: Updated Android Security Patch to November 2022. Increased System Security.

MIUI 12.5.9.0.RJFIDXM Update size is 248mb from previous version and it comes with October 2022 Security Patch, while MIUI 12.5.6.0.RJFINXM India update size is 211mb from previous version. One has October patch and other has November patch.

November 2022 security patch is received by Poco M3 in India region while other regions have received October 2022 Security patch. 

| UPDATE STATUS

Updates are rolling out for Public users, so you can install them via choose update package if you have not received the update. You can update manually without root, there is no issue in this. OTA Links for ID, IN, RU are available, you can update via choose update package easily. For ID & RU update released for Public users but for India, update is still in Mi Pilot so kindly wait for 1 week then you can update India update also via choose update package.
