Redmi Note 8 has received MIUI 12.5.12.0.RCOEUXM new Europe Stable Update with updated security patch and bug fixes. This update started rolling out for Mi Pilot Testers today. Previous version was MIUI 12.5.7.0.RCOEUXM and latest is 12.5.12.0.RCOEUXM. This Update is a shocking update for Redmi Note 8 users. Now let's what are the changes in MIUI 12.5.12.0.RCOEUXM update.

System: Updated Android Security Patch to October 2022. Increased system security.

This update (MIUI 12.5.12.0.RCOEUXM) released for Mi Pilot Testers on 2nd December 2022 and you have to wait for minimum 2 weeks to release this update for Public users. Finally something good news has arrived for Redmi Note 8 Users. 

| NEW UPDATE FOR GLOBAL / INDIA REGION?

Redmi Note 8 Global Update is running on MIUI 12.5.2.0.RCOMIXM with February Security patch and this update was released in February month. In India, MIUI 12.5.2.0.RCOINXM is running with May Security Patch and it was released in August month. Global region didn't receive updates from 8 months and India from 3 months.
