Xiaomi is set to release a truly premium successor to their previous Ultra model. This new Ultra model, featuring Leica, is scheduled to launch on April 18th in both China and the global market, which is great news for Xiaomi fans.

As we know, Xiaomi premium models always come with a new look, like in previous series they collapsed with Leica and they are doing this with all premium series. They launched previous series with big lens on back.

Xiaomi has made some changes to the bottom of the device, in addition to the large lens. These changes are something that no one expected from Xiaomi and even I was surprised when I first saw them. Let's take a look at the first images of the device and see for ourselves what I am talking about.

The first look of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is finally here! When I first saw it, I was a bit confused as it looks just like a DSLR camera with its added camera lens on the back. 

The new lens on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra gives it a more premium look, and the added support at the bottom also adds to the device's overall premium aesthetic.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra has been confirmed to launch with 50MP camera support. Some may question whether 50MP is enough for a premium model. However, in my opinion, the 50MP camera support is sufficient for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, especially with the added Leica support.

Having the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in hand, it is evident that the device is quite thick and cannot be easily accommodated in a pocket. The added thickness, along with the new support at the bottom, may contribute to the device's weight being higher than usual.
