Redmi 9 / 9 Prime, Redmi Note 9, Redmi 9T & Poco M3 MIUI 13 Android 12 Updates Coming Soon! [Updated on 19th November 2022]

Redmi 9 / 9 Prime is a budget device and it is running on Android 11 Updates with MIUI 12.5 in all regions which is very good. Now it is going to receive MIUI 13 Android 12 Updates very soon. For this device, MIUI 13 Updates are already late so till this year end, in all regions MIUI 13 Android 12 should be released. MIUI 13 in Redmi 9 / 9 Prime is working very well without any issue. So I am going to tell that in which regions MIUI 13 upgrades are coming soon.

Redmi 9 / 9 Prime has Mediatek Helio G80 Processor which can support Android 12 easily, there will be no issue in using Android 12 in Redmi 9 / 9 Prime. On 18th August 2022, Redmi 9 Prime received MIUI 13 leaked version in build number of MIUI 13.0.4.0.SJCCNXM with Android 12. It is a leaked version not an official version. So it will not count as an official update, in short you can say this update won't exist.

Redmi 9 / 9 Prime received MIUI 13.0.5.0.SJCCNXM China Update on 26th September 2022, and it is a real and an official update. There are some images also released with download links. Update changelog is very big for this update which shows that this update has many changes and new features which is really awesome for us.

You can see in this pic, that update changelog is too big which is really great and this update comes with September 2022 Security Patch which was latest because this update was released on September so it arrived with latest security patch.

You can read all changes of this update, there are many changes but some of the changes only exist in China Region. In China region, update size is 3.7gb which is approx to 4gb. But in Global and all regions update size will be 2.8gb because in Global and all regions have low applications as comparison to China.
