MIUI 13.2 Android 13 Released for Redmi K40S / Poco F4 for China Region!

Xiaomi started releasing Android 13 updates now to many devices. Now, Poco F4 China Variant, Redmi K40S also received Android 13 stable update with MIUI 13.2 which is a good news for users. This device was launched with Android 12 MIUI 13 and now it has received its first Android Upgrade. Now, in this article, I am going to show you full info related to Android 13 of Redmi K40S. 

Redmi K40S is also a beast device which supports a lot of features and finally it has also received Android 13 Update in China region. So let's see the changes of Android 13 for Redmi K40S. 

| MIUI 13.2.5.0.TLMCNXM (ANDROID 13) UPDATE

In China, MIUI 13.2.5.0.TLMCNXM Update started rolling out for Mi Pilot Users based on Android 13 which is really a good news for Redmi K40S. For now, update started rolling out for Mi Pilot Testers and if there will be no major bugs founded so it will start rolling out for Public users too which will be a good news for Redmi K40S. 

You can see in this pic, this is a Poco F4 and one user flashed Redmi K40S ROM in Poco F4 by TWRP. It is an official Android 13 update for China Region. Now let's see the changelog of the update. 

| CHANGELOG OF ANDROID 13 FOR REDMI K40S

System: Stable MIUI based on Android 13. Updated Android Security Patch to October 2022. Increased system security.

Your device will be upgraded to the new version of Android. Don't forget to back up all important items before upgrading. The update process might take longer than usual. Expect overheating and other performance issues after you update - it might take some time for your device to adapt to the new version. Remember that some third-party apps aren't yet compatible with Android 13 and you might not be able to use them normally. Thanks for your continued support

This update comes with October 2022 Security Patch and Android 13 upgrade which is a good news for users. If you are facing some bugs so try factory reset once because it is an Android Upgrade. If there will be no issues found in this update so it will rollout for Public users too and then it will start rollout for Global and India Users too which is a good news. So keep wait, for public rollout and then for other regions. 

| HOW TO DOWNLOAD ANDROID 13

Redmi K40S Android 13 Download Link is available. If you are using Android 12 in China ROM, so go, download this file and flash from Choose Update Package. But if you are using Global and India ROM, so kindly wait for release for your region. For now, only China Region has received Android 13 Upgrade. 

Xiaomi will release Android 13 with MIUI 13.2 for your device in Global and India Region which is a good news. But for now simply wait for Android 13 update rolling out. 

| ANDROID 13 FASTBOOT ROM?

For now, Android 13 Recovery ROM is available for Redmi K40S which is good. Update is released for Mi Pilot Users so that's why Recovery ROM is available. Fastboot ROM will come later, when full rollout will happen then Fastboot ROM will also come for this model. Whenever Fully rollout will happen, we will put Fastboot ROM link in this post.
