This time, there will be no rebranding because 5G is rolled out in India too so they can launch models with same name, and Redmi Note 12 Series in India will be totally simple in naming, this time there will be no confusion.

| REDMI NOTE 12 PRO SPEED EDITION
Redmi Note 12 Series in China launched with MIUI 13 Android 12 out of the box which is really good, now Xiaomi is going to launch Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition too, it will be totally different as comparison to other models.

| REDMI NOTE 12 PRO SPEED EDITION IN GLOBAL & INDIA?
Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition will launch on 27th December 2022 in China, then it will launch in Global & India too in future.
First we have to wait for MIUI 14 Global & India launch which can happen in January end. Then, Poco will launch this model in Global & India as Poco X5 Pro and Poco X5 Series will be 5G Series. Poco X5 will be Redmi Note 12 5G & Poco X5 Pro will be Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition.
Poco X5 Pro will launch in India after MIUI 14 launch in Global, so first wait for launch of MIUI 14 but Poco X5 is going to launch in January 2023 which is almost near.
For now, it is not confirmed that, it will launch with Android 13 or Android 12, but it is sure that it will launch with MIUI 14. And most probably it will launch with Android 12, which is so amazing, and in Global and India too, it will launch with MIUI 14 Android 12.
| CODENAME OF REDMI NOTE 12 PRO SPEED EDITION
Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition codename is not revealed for now, when it will be revealed then I will update this article, and you will get the codename too. This model will be more amazing than Redmi Note 12 Pro because it will come with Snapdragon 778G Processor which is a strong processor.
| REDMI NOTE 12 PRO VS REDMI NOTE 12 PRO SPEED EDITION
Both models are amazing there is no doubt, but Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition is in advantage because it will come with MIUI 14 out of the box and it has Snapdragon Processor, so Poco is rebranding the snapdragon one. So wait for launch of Redmi Note 12 Series on 5th January and Poco X5 Pro will launch in Q1 of 2023.
