  2. I don't believe a single word from Xiaomi, and I have more than enough reasons for that! Just one example, they promised security patches on a monthly, later quarterly level, and for MI 10 T pro EU, the last I received it on August 1, 2022, so half a year ago. And neither that Android update for the 10 series, which they say will get the latest version, because they use the Snapdragon 865 SOC, and the T series is excluded, although It has the same SOC, but supposedly it's a Chinese K 30 ultra with which it has no visual resemblance!? I am disappointed, although after the MI 10 T pro, I also bought the MI 11, I decided not to buy theirs anymore products, because of the number of Android updates, because why bother with the unstable MIUI, when I can buy a Samsung S 23 Ultra and enjoy a 6.8" screen, for the same or about 100 euros more, instead of the MI 13 Ultra, announced for the global market, because Samsung guarantees a minimum of 4 Android upgrades for its flagship devices and Xiaomi by that latest update only 3, while waiting for an updated!? Xiaomi reached its peak with the MI 11 Ultra and since then they have been in constantly fall, as shown by the results and they are currently among the worst in the Android range, while all competitors have improved! From my experience with MIUI which is unstable, with weak software support from the manufacturer, because you have to update each application from independent third-party sources, it's a very bad option, compared to Samsung or Pixel who really take care of each individual user! This is also the main difference between large and professional companies compared to manufacturers who only assemble devices, using hardware and the software of the mentioned manufacturers, because they do not have a single authentic component of their own! It's ok to buy a Xiaomi from 100 to 300 euros, but to pay for a device of about 1000 euros, how much did the MI 10 T pro cost in Europe when it came out, and get 2 Android updates, it's stupid, I didn't know about it at the time of purchase and I don't recommend it to anyone!
