Here, Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+ was launched with MIUI 13 in India region and China region and in other regions this device comes with MIUI 14 out of the box. Now, users were asking about MIUI 14 update to India region, so here MIUI 14 stable update released to India region also. 

MIUI 14.0.2.0.SMOINXM stable update based on Android 12 started rolling out to Beta Testers which is a good news for the users. This update is a first MIUI 14 build which comes with Android 12 not Android 13.

Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+ got MIUI 14 stable update in India region finally but for now it got with Android 12 as other regions are also running on Android 12 including China. So, that's why MIUI 14.0.2.0.SMOINXM is released on Android 12 for Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+.

Update size of MIUI 14 for Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+ is 1.2GB which shows it comes with a lot of improvements and changes which is a good news. For now this update is released to Beta Testers only and later it will be released to Public users also. 

Changelog of this update is very small as you can see in the middle pic, it comes with March 2023 Security patch which is an updated security patch for this model. There are some changes in the settings also which looks so cool.
