Redmi Note 10 Indian users started receiving MIUI 14 new update in MIUI V14.0.3.0.SKGINXM build which is released to beta testers for now. Update size is 91MB from previous build which is a normal size update.

Update size is 91MB as you can see in the above pic, and this update is released to beta testers. You have to wait for 1 week to be released in Public by Xiaomi. You can update manually after Public release which is a good news.
So, if you have got the update so you can update it without any issue, otherwise there is not a single change in MIUI 14.0.3.0.SKGINXM update.
