Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+ users started receiving MIUI 14 new update in V14.0.3.0.SMOINXM build and size of the update is 369MB which is normal size update.

MIUI 14.0.3.0.SMOINXM stable update comes with May 2023 Security patch which is an updated patch. Size is normal, but this is based on Android 12. Its 2023 and Xiaomi is not rolling out Android 13 for Redmi Note 12 Pro / Pro+.
Because in China region Android 13 is currently under testing, MIUI 14.0.0.4.TMOCNXM is in internal which is based on Android 13. So, you have to wait for stable Android 13 first in China and then other regions will receive it.
MIUI 14.0.3.0.SMOINXM stable update released to Beta Testers for now, so if you have not got the update so wait for Public rolling out then you can update manually without any issue.
